IT consulting in Tulsa that keeps your business running.

Two things: keeping business IT running through migrations and hybrid environments, and automating the repetitive work that eats a team's week. Based in Tulsa, working with clients across northeast Oklahoma and remotely. Every change verified before the next one starts.

Get in touch How I work
Chapter 01 — Assess

Know what you're actually standing on.

Most of my clients are mid-transition when they call. They've started a cloud migration, inherited a hybrid environment from an acquisition, or realized their current setup can't scale. First job: map what's really there — not what the last binder says is there.

I step in, assess the environment, and build a plan that doesn't require downtime. No work starts until the dependencies are known.

Chapter 02 — Migrate

Zero downtime isn't luck. It's sequencing.

Mailboxes from on-premises Exchange to Microsoft 365. Active Directory restructured after a merger. Site-to-site VPN across multiple offices. Every change is verified before the next one starts, and a rollback plan is built into every phase.

I've managed projects where a single misconfigured DNS record would have taken email offline for hundreds of users. That kind of work requires patience, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how these systems interact.

Chapter 03 — Secure

Compliance without the theater.

Healthcare organizations with HIPAA requirements. Financial institutions under regulatory scrutiny. Security here isn't a checkbox pass — it's access control, network segmentation, and hardening that holds up when someone actually looks.

Chapter 04 — Document

Documentation your team actually uses.

Your team gets procedures they can run without me on the phone — not a binder that sits on a shelf. Every project ends with documentation written for the people who operate the system, tested by having them operate it.

Chapter 05 — Maintain

Good infrastructure is boring.

After the transition: monitoring, patching cadence, cost control. Sometimes the right answer is open source that cuts the license bill in half; sometimes it's consolidating what you already pay for. The goal is a system that stops being a topic of conversation.
