Etherion Tech

About

I'm Edward Beshara, an IT infrastructure consultant based in Tulsa, Oklahoma with over 10 years of experience in systems administration, identity and access management, and cloud migration. I help organizations across the greater Tulsa metro area - including Broken Arrow, Bixby, and surrounding communities - navigate complex IT transitions without disrupting daily operations.

Before starting Etherion Tech, I served as a Server Administrator and IAM Analyst at a financial institution, a System Engineer at a healthcare laboratory organization, and a Systems Administrator at a national construction company. That background means I've worked across heavily regulated industries where security, compliance, and uptime aren't optional.

Frequently Asked Questions

"Can you handle our migration without disrupting daily operations?"
Yes. I specialize in phased migrations that maintain business continuity. Users continue working while infrastructure changes happen behind the scenes.
"Do you work on-site or remotely?"
Both. Most work happens remotely, but I can be on-site in the Tulsa area when physical presence is needed for hardware, initial assessments, or user training.
"What if something goes wrong during the migration?"
I plan for rollback procedures before starting any major change. Every phase includes validation steps, and we don't proceed until the current stage is stable.
"How do you handle compliance requirements?"
I implement proper retention policies, maintain audit trails, and follow security-first approaches to user deprovisioning and access management. HIPAA considerations are built into procedures where applicable.
"Can you train our internal IT staff?"
Absolutely. Knowledge transfer is part of every project. Your team receives documentation and hands-on guidance so they can maintain the systems independently.
"Can you help us reduce software licensing costs?"
Yes. I evaluate where open source alternatives can replace expensive commercial software without compromising functionality.
